Preschool Story Time

Spring 2015 with Miss Nina

 

 

Hello Friends!

Thanks for being interested in this amazing program!

A few things have changed from the fall semester to the  spring semester.

 

We have gained a few more children over the last month, so we have had to change the layout just a bit in our reading room. (Pictures below of new layout) .

 

My  goal for a child in preschool story time is to learn in a fun way!

Even if it is:

 

• How to stand in line.

• How to use their manners/ sharing skills.

• How to say all or some of their ABC's.

• How to say all of some of their Numbers/Shapes.

 

 

This is not only a special time for them but it is also a time for you  and a bonding moment with your child, grandchild, or child you are babysitting.

 

 

Children 3-5 years of age can participate in this program.

A responsible adult MUST accompy the child for this program.

This means for example:

 

• A Parent

• A Grandparent

• A babysitter

 

We have this program three consecutive tuesdays out of the month for 45 minutes.

 

We have this program from 1:30 - 2:15 P.M.

 

 

For Example:

 

Red Dot=NO PROGRAM

 

Black Dot=PROGRAM DAY

January  -  Winter Wonderland!

 

Jan. 13th - Mittens, Oh Mittens.

 

Jan. 20th - The Best Snowman Around!

 

Jan 27th  - Our Prickly friend, the Hedgehog!

 

 

 

February - Party Time at Story Time!

 

Feb. 10th- Valentine's Day Party

 

Feb. 17th - Dr. Seuss: Cat in the Hat 

 

Feb. 24th - Dr. Seuss: Mr. Brown can you MOO?

 

 

 

March - Traveling Time, OH MY!

 

Mar.  10th - Transportation: Airplanes

 

Mar. 17th - Transportation: Cars

 

Mar. 24th - Transportation: Boats

 

 

April - Spring Time at Story Time!

 

Apr. 7th - Seeds

 

Apr. 14th - Planting

 

Apr. 21st - Flowers in the Spring Time :)

• When you call, tell us what program you are signing up for.

• Give us the name of the child(ren) you are signing up.

• Give us your name and number so we can call and give you reminders of when the program is going to be.
