Arival: Start the Craft

 

As participants arrive, invite them to begin glueing the fabric for their snowman's scarf to the styrofoam ring.

 

Activity #1: Would you Rather...

 

After all participants have arrived and are working on their snowman scarves begin asking the group a prepared list of "Would you Rather..." questions. 

• ride on a snowplow OR drive a zamboni?

• swim in a bathtub filled with snowballs OR go sledding on a giant ice cream cone?

• play basketball with snowballs OR play hockey with ice cubes?

• mush a team of sled dogs OR mush a team of sled kittens?

• wear five pairs of mittens OR zip a coat with 4 zippers?

• make snowballs out of ice cream OR make snowballs out of cookie dough?

• drink hot cocoa that tastes like mayonaise OR drink hot cider that smells liek pickles?

• build a snow fort OR build a snowman?

• have it snow sprinkles OR rain chocolate syrup?

• perform a dance competition in snowshoes OR run a marathon in ice skates?
